About Me

I’m enjoying learning about how the shape of our organizations are changing; they’re becoming more personal and more connected. I work at Culture Amp, where I learn every day how organizations should think about collecting, analyzing and acting on employee feedback.

This blog has existed since about 2007 and at various times, I’ve posted regularly to it. At other times, I’ve not posted much at all.

I live in San Francisco with my wife, Rose, and three daughters Edith, Willow and Jude. I love nothing more than good coffee, good company, thoughtful conversation and any kind of time outdoors.
